Do you share our love of Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve? Then why not join the Friends? You will benefit from:

Individual membership is £5 per annum, corporate membership £25. Donations are welcome.

Don't forget to use your membership card for a 10% discount at the Coastguard Cafe, Upper Coastguard Lane, Fairlight (near the Visitor Centre), the Trading Post, Breeds Place, Hastings (near Iceland on the seafront) and Millets in Wellington Place, Town Centre, Hastings.

Millets have been having sales, with up to 50% off their goods. Your discount will not be useable against their heavily discounted prices - but do go along and find a bargain!

Anti-tetanus Reminder

Do make sure your tetanus vaccination is up to date. It is an important vaccination when you are working out of doors, and needs to be renewed every ten years, unless you are bitten by a dog or cut yourself badly, in which case you should have a booster.
